- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Biscuit Topping Ingredients
- 1 box Red Lobster Cheddar Biscuit Mix (11.36 oz.)
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (for the biscuit mix)
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare Dish: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a 13x9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray to prevent sticking.
- Mix Filling: In a large bowl, combine cooked shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, frozen vegetables, sliced mushrooms, minced garlic, ground black pepper, shredded sharp cheddar, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Fill Baking Dish: Pour the prepared chicken and vegetable mixture into the sprayed baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Prepare Biscuit Topping: Prepare the Red Lobster Cheddar Biscuit Mix according to the package directions. Stir in 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese to enhance cheesiness.
- Top Filling with Biscuit Dough: Using an ice cream scooper, dollop the biscuit dough evenly across the top of the chicken mixture, covering the surface.
- Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve: Optionally, spoon garlic herb butter sauce onto each biscuit immediately after removing from the oven for extra flavor. Serve warm and enjoy your comforting chicken pot pie.
