- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375° F (190° C) to prepare it for baking the dip later.
- Blanch the broccoli: Bring a large pot of water to a boil, then add the chopped broccoli florets. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the broccoli turns bright green, then drain it thoroughly to remove excess water.
- Mix the dip ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Greek yogurt or sour cream, mayo, hot sauce, fresh thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, shredded white cheddar, shredded cheddar, and shredded mozzarella. Add the drained broccoli and season with black pepper. Mix everything together until the mixture is creamy and well combined.
- Bake the dip: Transfer the broccoli cheese mixture into your favorite baking dish. Place it in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve: Remove from the oven and serve warm with hard pretzel twists for dipping. Enjoy this delicious crowd-pleasing appetizer!
